About a month ago my family took a trip to Rochester, which is about 400 miles from where i live. We rented 2 cars, a Saturn and a 2001 Buick LeSabre, Now i have to say, after driving both, the Buick was my favorite. My sister and brother belong to a buick club so i would never tell them this, but... Read full review »

I know that nostalgia is a strong marketing tool but I think Buick takes that too far with the Buick Le Sabre. If you have ridden or driven a Buick in the past ten years you will still find plenty that is familiar with this car. The exterior styling is a blend of previous Le Sabre and current Buick... In 2005, My parents decided it was time to get a new car and they sked for my help in choosing one. Helping my parents find a car is not something I relished. My parents are in their fifties and are very particular, my father especially. My mom is more open to all different types of cars, she had... Read full review »

After driving an Oldsmobile Silhouette mini-van for several years, it was time to trade it in and get a new car! We test drove an '01 Silhouette, but kept going back to the '01 Buick LeSabre. We didn't get some of the "bells and whistles" I was used to on my mini-van, but there are other options we... Read full review »

Pros Ride, Handling, Luxury, Pampering, looks
Cons Fuel Consumption

I always considered myself a Volvo man. But when the new Volvo S80 came out, I didn't like its looks. It looked like the Volvo designers didn't make up their minds about how this car should look. It looked to me like a half-cooked design. I was told it was the best Volvo ever, but you have to LOVE... Read full review »

...then I'd have to buy one of these.

I never would have chosen to drive what I would consider a luxury car, but when the keys are handed to me for free --- hey, what the heck.

When the mechanic told me that the steering pump they were putting in my Explorer had broken, and they... Read full review »

After extensive comparison shopping for a business vehicle, I purchased a new Buick LeSabre Custom. This auto is extremely well built, has excellent power for a fuel efficient V-6 and handles better than any mid-size car I tested from other U.S. car makers. Paying only $21,000 with a 5 year old,... I've only had my 2001 Buick LeSabre for 2 months, but I love it! I bought it 4 years old and it is in great shape, mechanically and physically. It's a beauty, and nobody believes that it is /not/ a luxury car. We purchased this vehicle as my old car was a 97 Saturn 2 door coupe and a year after I... Read full review »

The 2001 Buick Le Sabre...a very Nice car.

I'll go with that. And though I've never been overly-partial to Buicks, I did once own a 1984 Buick Century Custom. A very nice car--much like the Le Sabre in many ways.

Dual bench seats, climate control, front wheel drive, and decent... Read full review »
