2001 Ford Windstar

The 2001 Ford Windstar Van remains unchanged for this model year. Standard functional equipment includes a 3.8L V-6 engine couple with an improved four-speed automatic transmission, four-wheel anti-lock brakes, and power door locks. Other standard equipment includes an energy absorbing steering column, a rear window defroster, and power points. The Power Convenience Group and the Van Value Group are options for the Windstar Van. The Van Value Group comes with deep tinted glass, cruise/speed control, an AM/FM stereo cassette with a digital clock, a tilt steering wheel, and a keyless remote entry system. The Windstar now meets Ultra-Low Vehicle Emissions standards in every state.

Pros 2001 Ford Windstar Minivan was easy to drive, very roomy and loaded with many features

Pros 1st minivan to earn the U. S. government's five star front crash test rating.
