The College Student's Secret
Its eight in the morning and I'm trying to listen to my Modern Art Survey lecture. With the attention span of an 18 year old male, that can be taxing. That is why I use this gadget to not only, aid in taking notes, but to prove the teacher wrong when I play back their voice. This recorder also... Read full review »
Oh-so-powerful little recorder
I love this recorder! I record interviews, lectures, reminders and I even dictate papers and talks. Then I download the files to my PC for permanent storage. It works like a dream. The sound quality is excellent for my uses. This is a huge step up from my old Olympus microcassette recorder.

Great Product, but Don't Lose the Software!
It is a shame that an otherwise good product is tarnished by Olympus' corporate policy of not allowing a product owner to download the software that came with the product if you lose your CD. This is contrary to almost every major manufacturer of peripheral PC products in the marketplace since the... Read full review »
Big sound in a small voice recorder
I bought this for a relative who lost the ability to write or type, hoping to combine it with voice recognition software for dictation. The key features I sought were size, ease of use, sound quality, ease of transfer and conversion to and from the computer.

I purchased my DS 330 at the local Circuit City. When I got home, I discovered that it is not compatible with an Apple G4 running OS10.2. It might work with...

The Narcoleptic College Student's Best Friend
Its 9 in the morning and I'm trying to listen to my Anthropology lecture. With the attention span of an 18 year old male, that is difficult. Good, but...
I was looking for a digital voice recorder with a good sound quality. I purchased my DS-330 at the local Circuit City. The sound is acceptable for some people but I wasn't too happy with it. At school I was able to compare with my classmate "head to head" with Sony ICD-ST10. Next day I returned... Read full review »
Olympus DS330 Digital Voice Recorder
I purchased this recorder and am definitely not satisfied with it. My voice sounds like I have a lisp when playing it back. I sent it back to the factory and they said there was nothing wrong with it. I am now searching for another one to replace this one and it will definitely not be an Olypus! Read full review »
