Very intense, dry and round in mouth it combines complexity of age with freshness of an expertly managed Solera, epitomising style of Sandeman Sherries. Sandeman Royal Esmeralda Fine Dry Amontillado has an attractive amber colour with golden highlights, opening onto a complex nose, where pungent notes of original fino have been gradually softened over years, creating a deeper, more fragrant wine. Sandeman Don Fino, a premium Fino Sherry, is a delicate and dry white wine. Produced from Palomino grape grown in Sandeman's own vineyards located in best areas of Jerez demarcated region, wine matures in a Solera, under?flor (a veil of yeast) for a minimum of five years. Pale straw yellow colour, with shades of green and gold. Bright and clear with an aromatic, very pungent aroma, influence of maturing under Flor. Light, fresh and delicate on palate with a crisp, dry finish. A perfect accompaniment to seafood, oriental cuisine, or sushi, Sandeman Don Fino is a good match to salty appetisers, or perfect as an aperitif. Once open Sandeman Don Fino can remain fresh for up to one week.

Sandeman Character Medium Dry is a premium quality Amontillado Sherry, aged in small casks where pale wines slowly evolve into medium gold amber colours and flavours of subtle complexity develop. Later a small amount of rich Pedro Ximenez Sherry is blended in to make a dry and complex wine with a touch of sweetness. Aromatic and complex on nose, slightly pungent, with notes of Pedro Ximenez.
