Cons Top heavy, can be knocked over easily. No more than five pages at a time.

OK. Once I realized that a five sheet paper shredder means exactly that, five sheets and no more, the Adler Royal HT500X paper shredder has been performing like a champion. Pros Strong, quick, tough & can take any big jobs
Cons Heavy, needs to be cleaned constantly, paper jam & does not stay long.

This brand seems to be the best. I bought this shredder few months ago. I was very satisfied until it was dead. I found it quick, tough and very strong. It took many big jobs. Cons Shreds wide, gets jammed if can is more than 3/4 full

I purchased this shredder at Office Depot approximately 2-3 years ago. I can't say it has been the best shredder I have ever owned, but then again, it hasn't been the worst either.
