Pros Solid and reliable
Cons Doesn't work like brand new after almost 2 years.

I purchased one of these shredders over a year ago for my office. Since then it has been removed from it's base, mounted on a board and probably abused. Pros Strong, quick, tough & can take any big jobs
Cons Heavy, needs to be cleaned constantly, paper jam & does not stay long.

This brand seems to be the best. I bought this shredder few months ago. I was very satisfied until it was dead. I found it quick, tough and very strong. It took many big jobs. Pros Touch machine
Cons Shreds wide, gets jammed if can is more than 3/4 full
Recommended it? No

I purchased this shredder at Office Depot approximately 2-3 years ago. I can't say it has been the best shredder I have ever owned, but then again, it hasn't been the worst either.
