Pros Solid and reliable
Cons Doesn't work like brand new after almost 2 years.

I purchased one of these shredders over a year ago for my office. Since then it has been removed from it's base, mounted on a board and probably abused. Pros Shuts off automatically and will not overheat.  
Cons This is a little heavy and if you tip it over it wil hurt.

Pros quite & efficient with a nice design

We purchased this shredder to replace a 7 year old shredder that was on its last leg. This shredder is much quieter than others we tested in the stores.
