Pros Solid and reliable
Cons Doesn't work like brand new after almost 2 years.

I purchased one of these shredders over a year ago for my office. Since then it has been removed from it's base, mounted on a board and probably abused. If you need a shredder then do not waste your time on one that only cuts strips out of your important documents. Pros A nice, heavy-duty, QUIET, cross-cut shredder.  I expect it to last many years.
Cons Cost; it will set you back around $200.
Recommended it? Yes

This is a heavy-duty cross-cut shredder.  I bought it as an upgrade to a medium-duty straight-cut shredder that jammed once too often.
