Pros Solid and reliable
Cons Doesn't work like brand new after almost 2 years.

I purchased one of these shredders over a year ago for my office. Since then it has been removed from it's base, mounted on a board and probably abused. We have a new shredder at work. I didn't think there was anything wrong with our old shredder, but apparently it was on its last leg. This new shredder that was purchased is really cool!
