Pros Solid and reliable
Cons Doesn't work like brand new after almost 2 years.

I purchased one of these shredders over a year ago for my office. Since then it has been removed from it's base, mounted on a board and probably abused. Pros Very easy to use; simple to begin using without having to learn alot.
Cons I've had my camera for 2 weeks now and thus far have absolutely no complaints.

Pros Quiet, Extremely efficient, Totally destroys the documents,CDs, credit cards etc.
Cons The cool down time(20 min)..needs a larger garbage basket.
Recommended it? Yes

I've only had the MS450Cs for about 2 weeks now but it is fantastic. It shreds so fine that no-one could put it together even with a microscope.
