Pros Solid and reliable
Cons Doesn't work like brand new after almost 2 years.

I purchased one of these shredders over a year ago for my office. Since then it has been removed from it's base, mounted on a board and probably abused. Pros Shreds Credit Cards, Staples and Paperclips too.
Cons Messy. If the basket gets too full, it won't come out.
Recommended it? Yes

I purchased this unit a few months back.

It is advertised as:

Confetti Cut (5/32-inch by 2-inch pieces).
