Pros Solid and reliable
Cons Doesn't work like brand new after almost 2 years.

I purchased one of these shredders over a year ago for my office. Since then it has been removed from it's base, mounted on a board and probably abused. I bought this shredder believing that it would be effective in shredding my personal documents.  Boy, was I so wrong about its shredding capabilities.  What happened was that the little pieces of paper got stuck in between the blades of the shredder.  I had to dislodge these pieces...
